600 Lonsdale Street comprises a premium 42-level mixed-use building comprising retail, office and hotel uses. The project has been designed by internationally renowned US firm Skidmore Owings & Merrill (SOM) working in conjunction with Melbourne based architects Fender Katsalidis.

The development consists of 23,000 sqm of Office, 288 Hotel Guest rooms and miscellaneous retail.

Argo Group acted as Development Advisors to V-Leader from the acquisition through the development application phases until the receipt of the planning permit. Working closely with the assembled team, Argo was instrumental in defining the development concept and converting the project into a successful planning approval.
